Remote Training is a service available for individuals who are unable to commit to consistent and frequent one to one sessions. This service gives an individual the opportunity to still work to achieve their goals as we provide program design, nutritional guidance and accountability. Remote Training begins with a 1 hour in-person or Skype consultation where exercise and health history is assessed and goals are established. We will then discuss your personal nutrition and fitness plan based on these goals. A commitment is made to a minimum amount of one on one session time per month and a time slot for a weekly 30 minute Skype call is agreed to. In the Skype calls we will talk about your progress, go over your documented food journal and set a plan and specific goals for the following week. Because of the variety of scenarios Remote Training allows for, price will vary based on the individual.
