Small Group Training
Small group training up to approximately 10 people is also offered. These training sessions differ in structure depending on what the demographic of individuals demands. For example, training sports teams may consist of specific strength and conditioning drills or circuits to directly benefit and improve performance. Group training for any number of work colleagues, friends or athletes can be designed specifically for one or multiple common goals. Music, games and team drills are used to help motivate in this high energy training environment.
