From swimming nationally to playing semi-professional soccer, my passion for training to achieve personal and athletic goals has always driven me to keep challenging myself. I have been working in the fitness industry for over 15 years, beginning my career as a soccer coach both in the UK and then later in the US. I was inspired to take my Sports Science degree, and this led the way to my career as a Personal Trainer. Over the years, my passion to educate myself and become as dynamic as possible lead to me achieving my Master Kettlebell certification. I invested 6 years of study into learning how to use this tool and push myself every day to continue to discover the full range of its potential.
I have had the pleasure of working with people of all walks of life; preparing to run marathons or triathlons, competitive tennis players, soccer and rugby teams and national boxers, Ultraman competitors to individuals taking up exercise for the first time. My training style is easily moulded to the skill level of the individual client as I follow a scientific and functional approach to exercise.
As a father and business owner, I see how difficult it is to find that work life balance while still taking care of my own health. So as a fitness and lifestyle coach, I focus on helping my clients find that balance and prioritizing self-care. My role as a trainer is to empower my clients to understand the full potential of their bodies, specific training techniques and nutrition, and fit those into their specific lifestyles. I am driven by achieving the best results for my clients and strive to keep raising the bar higher.

As a former World-Class Athlete and dancer, fitness has always been a huge part of who I am. My passion for exercise, health and nutrition is what pushed me to become a certified Personal Trainer. I have experience training a wide variety of clients from the ages of 16-90 and enjoy the challenge of adapting my style and coaching techniques to these different demographics.
Since having my first child, working with Pre & Post Natal clients has become a huge passion of mine. I strive to empower women to prioritize self care and know how their training changes at every stage of the preparation, healing and recovery process.
I strongly believe that leading a healthy lifestyle is not about fashionable fitness trends, it is about adopting an efficient, effective approach to training and nutrition that will create faster, longer lasting results. Most importantly, it’s about finding movement that not only brings you results, but also joy so it becomes a permanent fixture of your lifestyle moving forward.
I am a results driven, highly motivating person who is inspired by those who wish to make the change to lead a healthier lifestyle. In turn, I hope to also inspire you through this process!

Fitness has been a huge part of my life from a very young age. Sports have brought me many opportunities in life from playing soccer in Spain to playing football for the University of Guelph. As a young athlete improving in sport has been one of my main motivators. I am passionate about learning how to help myself and others become stronger, faster, more agile and flexible for sport and everyday life.
I majored in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph and I am always looking to build on this knowledge. As a personal trainer, I love to apply what I have learned in my degree to help you reach and exceed your goals through the training and lifestyle strategies we teach at JMTraining & the Fitness Junction.

Living an active and healthy lifestyle has been a motto of mine for as long as I can remember. I am grateful that I was introduced to fitness at such a young age. However, it really manifested once I graduated high school and was accepted to Fanshawe College for Fitness and Health Promotion. That program was fantastic and brought light to proper exercise, nutrition, and wellness. After completing my 2 year diploma I traveled to England to expand my studies and complete my Bachelors of Sport Science.
Being active, exercising and proper nutrition is incredibly important to me and is like second nature now. I don’t even think twice about it, it’s just something that’s a part of me and I want to help other people realize that once you start, and stick with it, it becomes a habit.
I love to use a combination of strength and conditioning and my background in yoga and flexibility work to help my clients achieve sustainable results. I believe that our holistic approach to clients training and lifestyle is what makes us so different, because at the end of the day it’s all about your mind, body and soul.

Beginning onwards from my youth, fitness has played a huge role in my life. It started with an initial interest in martial arts, which I have continually practiced for over 10 years. After training and achieving a high level of proficiency in a wide variety of disciplines ranging from Boxing, MMA, Shotokan Karate, Chen-style Tai Chi, Ho Kam Ming/Yuen Chai Wan Kung Fu and the Kwan Fai Traditional Chinese Weaponry System, I wished to further expand my knowledge in the realm of Health and Physical Activity, which was why I obtained a 2-year diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Seneca College, and became a Personal Training Specialist through CanFitPro.
I’ve had the utmost pleasure working with clients of all ages and levels of experience in the martial arts and general fitness spheres. I strive to always help clients enjoy the journey towards a healthy lifestyle through a multitude of approaches that suit them best.
